Data We Collect

CubbyChef collects pseudonymous app usage data (such as features used and session activity) tied to a randomly generated user ID that is not linked to your name, email, or any personally identifiable information. This data is used solely to understand how people use the app and to improve the product over time.

If you choose to provide your postal code, it is stored against the same anonymous user ID and used only to surface relevant local grocery deals. This is entirely optional and has no impact on core app functionality.

Third-Party Services

CubbyChef uses third-party tools to help operate the app (such as analytics and backend infrastructure). These services may process pseudonymous usage data on our behalf. We do not sell your data to any third party, and we do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Data Retention

We retain pseudonymous usage data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or aggregated in a way that cannot be linked back to any user ID.

Your Choices

Since usage data is not linked to your identity, we are unable to retrieve or delete records associated with a specific individual. If you would like to reset your anonymous profile entirely, you can do so by deleting and reinstalling the app.

Children's Privacy

CubbyChef is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
